Method of preparation
First of all, you have to take as many Maggi for as many people as you want to make Maggi. Now take a vessel and pour water in it. Now put Maggi in the water. Pour enough water in the vessel that the Maggi submerges in it. Now put the vessel on the gas on low flame. After about 5 to 7 minutes you will see that the Maggi will be lightly cooked. Keep in mind that you do not have to cook Maggi in water completely, keep it raw. When Maggi turns light and remains light raw, then switch off the gas. Now take a sieve big enough in which you can flip the Maggi. Keep the Maggi in this sieve for about 10 minutes so that all its water gets removed.
Now on the other side, put the pan on the gas on low flame. Add about 2 teaspoons of oil to it. When the oil is hot, add chopped onion, chopped capsicum and chopped tomato. Run it with a spatula. When these things are lightly cooked, then add Maggi masala and salt as per taste. Mix it with a spatula and now put the Maggi which you have taken out in the sieve and put it in this masala.
While running it with a spatula, keep in mind that you do not put too much pressure on the spatula. Also, keep a light hand while mixing the Maggi with the spices, otherwise the Maggi will break from the middle. Cook it on low flame for about 5 minutes. Keep stirring in between. After this put coriander leaves on top and mix again with a spatula. Now take out the Maggi in a plate. Your different style Maggi is ready. You serve it, it will taste great.
