Ingredients for Chicken Biryani
1/2 kg chicken
1/2 cup yogurt
25 grams of green coriander
25 grams of mint leaves
10 grams of curry leaves
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 teaspoon coriander seeds

25 g green chillies, chopped
20 grams of garlic
2 tsp ginger

4-5 cardamom

How to make Chicken Biryani
Preparation of chicken
First, mix yogurt, coriander, mint, curry leaves, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, fennel powder, green chilies, garlic, ginger, turmeric powder and lemon juice to make a paste for the chicken. Apply it well on the chicken and leave it for half an hour.
How to make rice
1. To make rice, heat ghee in a pan and add cinnamon, bay leaves, cardamom, curry leaves and cloves. Then add onions and saute well.
2. Now add washed rice and required amount of water. When the water starts boiling, cover the pan and cook on low flame for 15 minutes.
Prepare biryani masala
1. Heat ghee in a pan and add cinnamon, bay leaves, nutmeg, cloves and cardamom.
2. After this add onion and fry until light brown. Then add tomato and prepared chicken mixture to it. Cover the pan and cook on low flame for 10 minutes.
3. When the gravy thickens, take it out.
Give the biryani its final shape
1. Layer precooked rice in a bowl, then layer chicken on top.
2. Apply 4-5 layers in the same manner.
3. Finally, cut the boiled eggs into quarters and garnish with cashews and raisins.
